HOW DO YOU REDUCE YOUR SHIPPING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT?

We ship everything without extra packaging or fluff (even though we love the pop those bubble wraps). All of our shipping boxes are made in Canada from 100% recycled material certified FSC and can be recycled or composted. Make sure to take off any labels for more efficient recycling.  

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

At the moment we only ship to Canada. But hey send us an email to where you would like us to ship and who knows, maybe you'll see us in your part of the world. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped via Canada Post. For most of the provinces, you should expect to receive your package in 5-10 business days. In the more remote areas, it might take a few extra days. Our products are definitely worth the wait.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES GEN. C ACCEPT?

Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and American Express. The choice is yours, except for your Costco membership card. 

 

I RECEIVED MY ORDER. THERE'S NO PACKING LIST IN THE BOX, IS IT NORMAL?

We try to reduce waste as much as possible. It is why we don't print when it is not necessary. For each order we send you an email confirmation after your purchase and once it's shipped. Let's save trees together 🌲

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

Oops, sometimes we make the wrong decision in life but your Gen. C order most probably won't be one. Send us an email at info@genc.co with your order number as soon as possible and we will try to help. However, once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to make any change. But we have a return policy that can help you solve this. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We really believe that you'll enjoy your purchase as we take a good time carefully curating our products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that case, we will provide a full refund or exchange for any products that are unused, in its initial packaging and free of damage. Return and exchange must be made within 30 days of delivery. Only purchases made directly from www.genc.co website qualify for the return policy. Email us with your order number at info@genc.co and we’ll help you out.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Please note: exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. 

That being said, we suggest you shop smart. Online retail returns are incredibly harmful to the environment as reverse shipping generates waste and creates emissions of CO2 during transportation. Our tips are to buy only what you have researched, group buy instead of many small orders, avoid impulse buys and don't buy what you don't need.
 

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM?
