WHAT DOES GEN C MEAN?
Gen C is short for Generation C. We see ourselves as the Generation of Change, thriving to change the way we buy to reduce our environmental impact on the planet and to support locally. To do so, we offer a selection of zero waste products for the fully committed and eco-friendly alternatives of everyday and beauty products which keep both environmental and human safety in mind.
WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?
We choose local products from Canadian and American companies. Choosing local means giving chance to smaller companies, supporting workers in our market, creating jobs, having better quality products, reducing the amount of processing, packaging and transportation waste, equaling less pollution! There are so many benefits to choosing local.
WHEN IT COMES TO SUSTAINABILITY WHAT DO YOU DO?
We always take the road less traveled. This means choosing a more expensive box if it is recycled and recyclable, supporting local businesses, promoting better products made with safer ingredients, donating to non-profit organizations. We engage ourselves to never cutting corners and never choosing the easy way out.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY-FREE?
All our products are not tested on animals. Being kind to every kind is our motto. All our products will have the bunny icon to represent our commitment to cruelty-free.
CAN I RECYCLE MY BOX?
Of course! Our shipping boxes are made in Canada from 100% recycled material certified FSC and can be recycled or composted. Make sure to take off any labels for more efficient recycling.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
At the moment we only ship to Canada. But hey send us an email to where you would like us to ship and who knows, maybe you'll see us in your part of the world.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. For most of the provinces, you should expect to receive your package in 5-10 business days. In the more remote areas, it might take a few extra days. Our products are definitely worth the wait.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES GEN. C ACCEPT?
Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and American Express. The choice is yours, except for your Costco membership card.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER. THERE'S NO PACKING LIST IN THE BOX, IS IT NORMAL?
We try to reduce waste as much as possible. It is why we don't print when it is not necessary. For each order we send you an email confirmation after your purchase and once it's shipped. Let's save trees together 🌲
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?
Oops, sometimes we make the wrong decision in life but your Gen. C order most probably won't be one. Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will try to help. However, once the order has been shipped, we won't be able to make any change. But we have a return policy that can help you solve this.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We really believe that you'll enjoy your purchase as we take a good time carefully curating our products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that case, we will provide a full refund or exchange for any products that are unused, in its initial packaging and free of damage. Return and exchange must be made within 30 days of delivery. Only purchases made directly from www.genc.co website qualify for the return policy. Email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Please note: exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM?
We are sorry if one of these cases happened to you. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We’ll take care of you.
